YUS · mindful & art
Gently exploring what it means to be human, through beauty and art.
Not by pushing harder — by finding your way back to ease.
Lighter isn't the finish line.
It's having the energy to go where you actually want to go.
About YUS
Beauty isn't decoration — it's a tool you can use every day.
I spent ten years in commercial marketing, helping brands find their voice — while it took me far longer to learn how to listen to my own. What eventually brought me back was never a harder push, but small things: a stroke of colour, an honest conversation, a beautiful sheet of paper.
That's how YUS began: turning art and awareness into tools you can reach for in everyday life. This isn't about becoming a better person — it's about reminding you that you already are enough.
It really did take a long time. Along the way I tried squeezing myself back into the shape I thought I was supposed to be — and found I couldn't. Looking back now, those moments of not fitting were exactly where YUS began. If you're stuck somewhere you can't quite name — I understand. I've been there too. And I later found that lightness and ease can, in fact, come easily.

Services · Three Ways to Begin
An MBSR body scan — from the top of your head downward, inch by inch, back into your body. It helps release what you've been holding, lets the whole body soften, and brings you back to the present with more energy. Then we practise two or three breathing methods together.
You leave with the steps written down and a recording — breathing tools you can keep practising at home.
Book 30 minutesBring something specific if you like — work, a relationship, the decision you've been stuck on. Or bring nothing at all, and just practise breathing and remember what it feels like to make something.
Breathing first, then talking or drawing, then we look at what came out together. You really don't need to know how to draw. How good it looks was never the point.
For walking a stretch of road, not solving one question. Made for people in the middle of a big decision.
Brush and colour, putting feelings on paper that words can't quite reach. No drawing skill required.
Held in Shanghai, Taipei and Bali — private and corporate groups welcome.
Cities and dates are listed in the workshop form.

A piece made for your space and your story. It begins with one conversation, and slowly grows into something you get to see every day.
I need to hear your story before I can paint your colours — so it starts with a 1-on-1.
Start with a 1-on-1WHAT YOU TAKE HOME
(more than how that one hour felt)
"Happiness doesn't have to wait until everything is fine.
It can be small, ordinary,
as small as — the light was good today, and you happened to look up."
— from the 100 happiness experiments
In Their Words
"S guides you so steadily and gently that you relax without noticing. Along the way, thoughts I'd been stuck on — ones that hadn't taken shape yet — came together. I saw my own blind spot, and found support for a perspective."
"I always thought I wanted to be a powerhouse. But after painting, I realized my subconscious just wanted a comfortable home and a softer version of me — and I'm already living that now. Nothing to envy in anyone else."
"S, you're amazing — the things we explored together actually started showing up in real life afterwards."
"I never imagined my husband and I together would be this colour — flowing mountains. And he really does love mountains."
"The workshop was so much fun! I'd done something similar in Australia before, but this one was even better."
"During the meditation my body felt warm — actually hot. Afterwards it felt lighter."
"The workshop was so much fun. Beyond the self-exploration, I met a lot of interesting new people."
You don't need to have it figured out first. We can figure it out together.
One mindful art session — that's all it takes to begin.
